One on One Mentoring
Each resident is assigned a mentor that is invested in your success. A mentor will provide perspective, help develop your skillset, and provide wisdom to the resident.
Ministry Area Focused
As a resident, you will spend a majority of your time working in your ministry area. We believe this gives you the best opportunity to develop practical skills that will serve as a launchpad for your future.
Class Time
Residents will spend time in a class-like setting. This time is largely focused on leadership development and ministry training from our church staff & Leadership.
