Central Women Welcome Team:
  • Energetic, friendly and welcoming
  • Able to commit to coming early to events, Bible study launches, conferences and more to greet and help with check-in when necessary
Administrative help (6 hours a week- in office and from home):
  • Self-starter, enjoys a creative environment and is highly organized
  • Basic computer skills are important (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Personal and flexible with a heart to reach women
  • Ministry Inquiry Follow-up
  • Skills with attention toward detail and self-pride in quality, and quantity of work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in challenging, fast-paced environment
Graphic Designer:
  • Creates projects throughout Central Women’s ministry calendar that helps communicate and connect women
  • Creatively minded with two years’ experience in graphic design
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures of web and graphic design with strong user-centered design orientation
  • Knowledge of cutting edge visual design tools and trends, and the ability to use them as appropriate
  • Must have the ability to work closely with peers to interpret and drive design concepts with little to no supervision
Guest Central:
  • Passionate about connecting new women to the Central Women’s Ministry
  • Should be outgoing and inviting
  • Be knowledgeable about upcoming ministry events, and be able to point new church attendees to upcoming events, or help them find ways to serve
  • Should attend a Guest Central Training
  • Will serve after services at the Guest Central location at local campus
  • Must have a Volunteer Application on file
Event Childcare (Childcare program during our weekly Bible studies):
  • This is a small group that serves and studies together on campus weekly
  • Loves children!
  • Has a heart for women and moms by teaching their children about Jesus
  • Can commit to helping for either Mondays in Queen Creek, Tuesdays in Mesa or Thursdays in Gilbert
Central Women’s Event Team:
  • Enthusiastic and visionary- can see the big picture
  • Should be able to plan events for women of all ages and activity levels
  • Can dream big and then execute
  • Works well on teams and can follow through with their tasks
  • Event planning experience not necessary but highly desired
  • The team should commit to planning 2-3 campus-wide ministry events per year. In addition to helping when necessary at Regenerate or Getaway
Mentor Mom for the Central MOMs Group

A Mentor Mom serves as part of the Central Moms ministry. She brings perspective on mothering, womanhood, relationships and Bible principles. She shares experience and offers encouragement and hope. The Mentor Mom develops one-on-one relationships with the moms at her table. Mentor Moms should be members of Central and attend weekend services regularly.

  • Displays maturity in relationship with Jesus
  • Can guide, advise and encourage younger mothers. Teachers by example, shares the vision of Central and the Central Women’s ministry.
  • Should plan to attend all MOMs weekly events, is comfortable teaching and speaking in front of groups or leading devotions.
  • In the end is a friend, confidant, advisor, teacher and cheerleader and role model to moms.
